How did you get into baking?

It all started when I was young, my mother loved cooking and baking. Before I knew it I was in the kitchen creating alongside my number one inspirer.

What do you love most about the baking process?

I love knowing exactly what goes into my food. There is something to be said about homemade baking, it just makes it taste that much better!

What inspired you to start a blog?

I wanted to tell the world about the obstacles I overcame, and how food helped me heal, and get-back-to-healthy.

What recipe are you most proud of?

I really love my simple, nutritious and delicious “breakfast pizza”! It is easy to make, has great ingredients, and is super good for you!

Do you have a favorite ingredient that you like to use?

I really love using Cacao, and Coconut Oil! They are so flavoursome, and good for you!

What’s an ingredient that you’ve never used, but would like to try?

Kamut, or Amranth!

Are there any lesser known brands or products that you enjoy using?

Community Natural Foods and Big Mountain Coffee.

Do you have any advice for someone who is thinking about starting a blog?

Never give up. It is tough, but it is totally worth it when you have the passion and fire for baking, and cooking!
