I'm the kitchen director at a boutique NYC bakery called Mini Melanie. I love baking in my spare time as well and photographing my creations! I went to college for Environmental Studies but have always been in love with baking. Instead of having traditional internships during my time in college, I worked in various pastry kitchens, including Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Momofuku Milk Bar. I met my current boss and mentor at my first kitchen job and have been working with her, growing Mini Melanie from the ground up, since August 2015.
